Do I need experience?
Not for the Grade 2–3 trails — the Old Coach Road is very beginner-friendly. Bridge to Nowhere and the 42 Traverse need solid riding experience.
Are helmets included?
Yes — helmets and repair kits come free with every rental. Wearing the helmet is mandatory.
What if I get a puncture?
Every hire includes a repair kit. On remote trails (Bridge to Nowhere), bring your own chain tools too — it's part of the required kit.
Can I add a bike to a shuttle booking?
Yes — bike hire is offered during checkout with live availability for your date. It's the easiest way to do it.
What's the difference between the MTB and the e-MTB?
The e-bike has Bosch motor assist — same trails, but the climbs and return legs come easier. Ideal for mixed-ability groups riding together.
