Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you book or enquire, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your booking (trail, date, group size, bike hire). If you contact us, we keep the correspondence.

How we use it

We use your information to manage your reservation, send booking confirmations and reminders, coordinate logistics (including the jet boat operator on Bridge to Nowhere trips), and respond to your enquiries.

After your ride we may send a single request for a Google review. We don't run marketing email lists.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payments

Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored by Kune Bikes & Shuttles. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time — email info@kuneshuttles.co.nz and we'll sort it.
